Manifesto for Ethical and Responsible Artificial Intelligence towards humanity
As an individual, civil society organisation, private company, public institution or territory involved in the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within a framework of trust towards society:
I commit to ensuring that my AI acts for the common good and social well-being of all human beings, with meaning and kindness.
I commit to ensuring that my AI operates within a framework centred on solidarity, fairness and equality, preserving diversity and socio-cultural diversity, without discrimination.
I commit to ensuring that my AI respects the freedoms, free will and free and informed consent of the human beings whose personal digital data it uses.
I commit to ensuring that my AI does not harm the people whose personal data it uses, maintaining complete confidentiality and respect for privacy.
I undertake to ensure that my AI is subject to prior information and human supervision under conditions of traceability and security for society so that it never deceives or destroys human beings.
I undertake to ensure that my AI is never used for acts of transhumanism, respecting human dignity, condition, identity and nature.
I undertake to ensure that my AI has a high level of control over accuracy, robustness and reliability throughout its life cycle.
I undertake to ensure that my AI does not relieve me of my responsibilities regarding its use, in accordance with the ethical and moral ideals shared by the majority of people.
I undertake to ensure that my AI produces evidence enabling its explainability and interpretability in all circumstances, if necessary to society.
I undertake to ensure that my AI is respectful and responsible towards the environment and guarantees greater ecological sustainability for the planet.
