DEO Digital Driven platform
Master AI ACT Compliance and Ethics for Your Digital Solutions
Our platform allows you to monitor, manage, and ensure the ethical and regulatory compliance of your digital solutions (see AI Act). Take the lead with proactive and transparent management !
Presentation of the DEO Digital Driven platform
The DEO Digital Driven platform has been specifically designed to meet the needs of Digital Ethics Officers (DEOs) within organizations to ensure ethical and regulatory assessment of digital solutions.
It provides them with the tools they need to manage, monitor, and track (generative) AI systems in an ethical manner that complies with current regulations (e.g., GDPR and AI Act).
The objectives of the DEO Digital Driven platform
Assist the Digital Ethics Officer in their practices
Facilitate the management and oversight of digital solutions, particularly (generative) AI systems under the responsibility of the WD, by providing step-by-step guidance with personalized recommendations and a pragmatic roadmap.
Identify the level of risk associated with digital solutions
Assess the risks associated with the company's AI systems in accordance with the AI Act.
Mapping allows (generative) AI systems to be classified according to the level of risk identified (Unacceptable, High, Limited, and Minimal).
Self-assessing the ethics and maturity of AI systems (generative)
Enable companies to self-assess their ethical compliance and maturity in relation to the AI Act (see Systemic, contextual, and algorithmic assessment).
Track & Monitor Digital Solutions
Provide continuous tracking and monitoring tools for digital solutions, ensuring proactive and cross-functional risk management (see Mapping), ethical and regulatory assessment (see Systemic & Contextual Assessment), and algorithmic evaluation.
Stakeholders affected by the AI Act
Our platform allows you to monitor, manage, and ensure the ethical and regulatory compliance of your digital solutions (see AI Act). Take the lead with proactive and transparent management!
This applies to you if you are:
Designer/Supplier of AI systems
If you develop AI systems, including generative models, the AI Act imposes stricter requirements on you, particularly if your systems are classified as high risk or are likely to be used in sensitive contexts.
Your obligations:
- Implement a risk management system
- Ensure data quality and ethical governance
- Ensure comprehensive technical documentation
- Ensure human oversight and control
- Ensure system transparency
- Ensure the robustness and cybersecurity of your systems
- Maintain an event log
User/Deployer of AI (generative) systems
The AI Act regulates the use of artificial intelligence based on its level of risk. As a company that uses AI (generative) systems, you are required to comply with several obligations.
Your obligations:
- Verify the compliance of your AI tools
- Identify and control the risks associated with your use cases
- Inform users of their features and limitations
- Train your teams in ethical and responsible use
The process of ethical evaluations of an AI system by the DEO Digital Driven platform
The main steps of an ethical evaluation on the DEO Digital Driven platform:
* Systemic evaluation: in-depth evaluation of the ethical commitment of digital projects, whether or not they include (generative) AI systems. This allows for the evaluation of the design, implementation, and use of digital solutions and their use cases. It also allows for the evaluation of the degree of compliance with the requirements of the AI Act and the Transparency/Documentation score for AI systems (generative).
* Contextual evaluation: aims to assess the context of the design, development, and operation of the AI system and its use cases, and to understand its objectives and uses associated with the field of application.
* Algorithmic evaluation (reserved only for developed AI systems): in-depth analysis of the algorithm through key scores such as sensitivity, robustness, interpretability, bias management (measurement, aggregation, history, etc.), quality of documentation, and risk of discrimination, in order to ensure its ethical compliance, performance, and transparency.
